We’ve improved the UI to make it easier to understand what you're seeing, we've tweaked some font sizes to improve the Dashboard and fixed some pesky bugs with the layout. Plus you’ll have access to a new feature we know you've been waiting for.

We're introducing the the 'Delete app' button into the My Apps section of RealWear Cloud.

We’re excited to share that RealWear’s HMT-1 and HMT-1z1 have a new firmware release, v12.5! This new firmware update includes a variety of features and fixes to help make your workday easier and more efficient.

One of the most exciting new features of this firmware update is the addition of Kiosk Mode (PRO Feature). Kiosk mode allows you to lock the HMT-1 or HMT-1z1 into a single application, making it easier for users to access the exact information they need in the moment.

Welcome to the latest update for RealWear Cloud! 

We've expanded the graphs and charts in RealWear Cloud so you can see more data at a glance. This is a great way to see how your devices are being used across your Workspace and over an extended time period. We've updated this feature for all RealWear Pro workspaces.

You can choose between pre-set definitions (7 days, 14 days, 30 days, 60 days) or enter your own custom time range.

Early pre-release access to the latest Microsoft Teams app

Today we are releasing Microsoft Teams for RealWear V1449/1.0.89.2022335601.
This is a pre-release version to enable RealWear Cloud admins to install and test the latest Microsoft Teams offering for RealWear Device

Updates in this version:

• Four levels of zoom during a video call (now supports Navigator® 500)
• Breakout room support
• UI Upgrades
• As standard users will have 720p

Today's update brings two new features, introducing a new Home Screen Configurator and Kiosk Mode (PRO Feature).

These features are currently available on all Navigator™ 500 using version 1.3 and will shortly be available on the the HMT-1 and HMT-1z1

The Home Screen configurator makes it easy to customize your home screen to match your preferences. You can choose to rearrange apps on the device home screen or add your own range of custom apps for easy access.

Kiosk Mode (PRO Feature) is a great way to use RealWear device if you want your users to only use a specific app. Kiosk Mode operates in two different ways.

1. Always launch the same app on startup but still have the full functionality of the device

2. Lock the device to use only one app. Meaning you can't navigate away from it.

We're excited to announce that we've just released v1.3 firmware for the Navigator™ 500! This update brings with it a number of new features and improvements, including Kiosk Mode, bug fixes, and security patches as well as a new aspect ratio for My Camera and the introduction of three new supported languages - Danish, Norwegian and Turkish.

Kiosk mode is great for users of RealWear devices that want a cut down simple interface that is locked to a single application, allowing focus. It is also great for operational management to lock devices into that mode if they wish. Kiosk Mode is available to all PRO workspaces.

We've also included a number of bug fixes and security patches in this update. We're always working to make our products as secure and stable as possible, and we're grateful for your feedback in helping us identify areas for improvement.

RealWear Cloud has a new feature: the MDM enrollment QR code edit tool. This tool makes it easy to edit your MDM enrollment QR code. You can use it to change the enrollment wireless network name (SSID), and the enrollment password. This tool is available in the RealWear Cloud console under utilities.

This tool works with any enrollment QR code from Microsoft Intune, SOTI, IBM, and others.
